What is the National Video Game Association?

The National Video Game Association is forming now.

The N.V.G.A. is the fastest growing console video game event and tournament provider in the nation. We are a group of accomplished event organizers who bring to market social video game events, video game tournaments, e-zines, and promotional ideas to a regionalized and national target market of video game players. Providing a home to reward player skill, socialize and chronicle video game history. We are committed to our players achieving a balanced lifestyle. Integrating educational enthusiasm, digital and technical educational opportunities to young gamers in our organization and helping them find educational accomplishments beyond the game.

If you have a video game organization in your area (or want to start one) and you're interested in associating with video game organizations in other areas of the country then this is place to discuss it. The benefits are numerous so get your chapter going!!

What the NVGA in summary

• Is the N.V.G.A. only a web presence?

The N.V.G.A. is more then just a web site presence. Each chapter has a minimum of 1-2 major conference type events each year. Each major event attracts anywhere from 100-300+ video game players. In addition each local chapter may produce additional events for their local communities. Some chapters have 12 local events and at least 1 Major for the year!

• Where is the N.V.G.A. going?

The NVGA continues to grow as we continue to add chapters, develop industry relationships, and develop our unique and very in demand service to video game players.

• Why is it a great opportunity to partner up, and support the N.V.G.A?

This is a ground level opportunity to own a part of, be involved, or support what will be the next NBA, or NFL type organization for video game players. We want major industry players on board and we will carry their corporate banner into major markets in the nation.
